Transport

We generally have equipment in our storage depot ready for immediate delivery, subject to transport availability. Containers will not be dropped on council footpaths’ or roads without a council permit.

Billing

All hire & storage agreements have a minimum charge of 30 days. We are happy for customers to rent or store for less than 30 days, however a fee of 30 days will still be charged as a minimum fee.

All quotations are subject to the following:

• A copy of our lease agreement needs to be viewed and approved, prior to delivery.
• Credit card details and photo identification need to be on file, prior to delivery.
• Delivery and collection is charged on the first hire invoice, along with the first 30 days hire – this invoice is payable prior to delivery.
• After the first 30 days we bill monthly in advance.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days.

After accepting our quote, you will be sent an email with a link to set up a payment account along with a hire agreement for
you to view online and approve. NB – should you choose to supply bank account details, we cannot deliver the container until
funds have cleared. This is generally two business days. Bank cards (debit or credit) funds clear immediately and allow for
immediate delivery.
